POC Shadow Support Group Kristan Sargeant

Join us on Fri, Dec 20, 2pm - 3:30pm PST

Kristan is leading a monthly Shadow support group for members of the POC community. Kristan was invited to facilitate this group by longtime Tools practitioner, Judith Scott. The two led a smaller version of this group in 2023 and are excited to open it up to the broader Tools community.

Originally Judith’s brainchild, she formed the group to provide a stand alone space to focus on Shadow work as it relates to people of color - both the individual Shadow and the collective Shadow.

At its core, Shadow work is about accessing the hidden resources buried in the unconscious, in the unwanted parts of the Self. All humans carry Shadows and the process of unearthing and redeeming them is universal.

Currently Kristan runs Supervision groups with the intention to train future facilitators from diverse backgrounds to carry the torch of Shadow work forward.

Reminder: these sessions will not be recorded for attendees

Dark Shadows with Barry Michels

Join us on Sunday, December 22nd, 10-11:30am PT

"Dark Shadows with Barry Michels"—a new type of shadow support group that delves into the depths of life's challenges. Community members are invited to explore and confront the shadows that lurk in the darkness, embracing the complexities and difficulties that often go unspoken. In this safe and inclusive space, Barry shares his own experience with LBD and the unknown future navigating it, fostering an atmosphere of openness and vulnerability. Nothing is considered too heavy or taboo as the group collectively navigates through life's darkest moments, finding solace and strength in shared experiences. Join us as we shine a light on our dark shadows and discover the power of community in facing life's toughest trials.

Women's Shadow Support Group

Join us on Fri, Jan 3 2025, 2pm - 3:30pm PST

This group will be a safe space to unearth and reclaim the traits, experiences and feelings buried in the female Shadow.

Culturally, certain qualities are coded “unwanted,” “too much,” or “undesirable” for women. We learn it’s not safe or attractive to be too loud, too ambitious, too sexual, too hungry, too mad, too old, too big, ETC.

In this female-only, online group, we’ll have the opportunity to voice and redeem whatever we’ve “othered” in ourselves, whatever internalized misogyny we carry.

Ultimately, Shadow work is about accessing the hidden resources buried in the unconscious, in the unwanted parts of the Self. Together we will heal these uniquely female wounds and regain the lost energy, courage and insight lying dormant within them.

The Tools® for Everyone - with Jamie Rose and special guest Phil Stutz*.

Join us on Saturday, January 11th at 10-11:30am PT

The Tools were created to be simple to understand and easy to use. But putting something into practice can be difficult at times. Which is why I’m offering a new workshop series designed for…you guessed it, everyone.

Whether you’re new to the work, or have been practicing for a while, here you will learn variations applicable to your individual concerns and have a chance to have questions answered.

In our January meeting we’ll focus on Part X.

Part X has one goal, to stop us from moving forward. It’s the inner voice that tells us we can’t—that we’re not and will never be good enough. It undermines our confidence and tells us that we’re incapable of achieving our goals, so why even try?

In this session you’ll learn how to identify Part X and acquire Tools to stop it in its tracks so you’re free to realize your dreams and live life to your highest potential.

*Phil will join us for the last 30 minutes.
