Do you remember a time when you felt completely at one with the universe? If you have even just one memory like that, you can use it to align yourself with universal forces and recreate that positive state of mind on demand.

In this webinar with Barry Michels and Kristan Sargeant, you’ll learn and practice a tool called Extraction, which is designed to help you take charge of your mind and feel more alive and in the flow of life. This tool is one of many created by Phil Stutz, originator of The Tools, that not in the books and not on the website.

After an introduction to the tool and the chance to practice it together, you’ll hear questions from participants about this and other tools they’re working with in their lives.

This webinar is a great introduction to the philosophy and practice of The Tools. No previous experience with The Tools is necessary.

Barry Michels is coauthor of The Tools, a New York Times bestseller, and its sequel, Coming Alive. The resident therapist for goop.com, he has appeared on Nightline, Charlie Rose, and The Dr. Oz Show, has given a Google Talk, and has been featured in The New Yorker, Time Magazine, Psychology Today, and Vanity Fair. Barry has a BA from Harvard, a law degree from University of California, Berkeley, and an MSW from the University of Southern California. He has been in private practice as a psychotherapist since 1986.

Kristan Sargeant is a coach and therapist committed to helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential. A passionate advocate for women, she has produced three TEDxWomen events and coached more than 30 TEDx speakers. Prior to starting her private practice in 2007, she built an international wellness company from the ground up and grew it to over $500m in revenue. Kristan has a BA from Columbia University, an MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and spent a year studying Medieval and Renaissance literature at Cambridge University.
