Have you ever been in a conflict so intractable that no matter what you said it seemed to inflame, rather than pacify, the other person? Have you ever looked deeply into another person’s eyes as they became more and more agitated and belligerent and realized they were not arguing with you but were railing against an invisible enemy?

In these situations, it’s often best to unhook and walk away rather than insist on resolving things in the present.

We often face these kind of situations in life—with a boss, a co-worker, or a family member. These days, we also have an incredibly polarized public life, and stakes often feel extremely high.

The power to remain poised and self-possessed is more valuable than ever. If we fail, we unwittingly contribute to an escalation of hostilities. If we succeed, we bring some much needed peace into the world.

In this webinar, we teach a tool to help you break this cycle, regain your peace and equanimity, and ultimately become part of the solution.
